Starting Rates

These prices serve as a starting point for your own estimation as exact costs can vary depending on the work needed for a particular project. The most accurate estimates are given when the instrument is in the shop and we are able to look it over, these are free and we are more than happy to write up a quote.

All prices are for labor only Any parts, etc… are either supplied by you or we can source. Anything that is sourced by us must be paid for before work starts.

FOR ALL WORK A DEPOSIT OF 50% IS REQUIRED BEFORE WORK STARTS, THE REMAINDER TO BE PAID ON PICKUP

Guitar Restring

• Standard Acoustic or Electric restring $30 (Tremolo add $10)
• Floyd-Rose/Kahler style Locking Trem $45
• 12 String Acoustic or Electric $45
• Classical guitars not accepted.

Bring your own strings or add $6 to $? per set if you want a particular set of strings that we source.

Pickup Installation

• Standard $60 per pickup
• Hollowbody $90 per pickup
• Replace Output Jack $30 + parts

Replace Switch

• Toggle $45 + parts
• Replace Blade switch (Strat) $50 + parts
• Replace Blade swtich (Tele) $45 + parts
• Other style - ask for estimate

Replace Volume/Tone Pot

• Les Paul style $30 ea. + parts
• Strat Style $35 ea. + parts
• Tele Style $30 ea. + parts

Full rewire

• Les Paul style (50s or Modern style) $150 + parts (Switch, Pots, Capacitors)
  • Estimates given for Coil Split & Jimmy Page style wiring
• Strat style $180 + parts (Switch, Pots, Capacitors)
  • Estimates given for Coil Split/Push-Pull/Conversion from 3 position blade to modern 5 position blade etc…
• Tele style $140 + parts (Switch, Pots, Capacitors)
  • Add $30 to flip the control plate
• Other style (Mustang, Jazzmaster, Jaguar etc…) ask for estimate

Setup

• Standard Electric $100
• Electric with locking trem (Floyd-Rose/Kahler) $150
• Fret polishing add $50

Tuning Machine Head Replacement

• 6 string direct swap $60
• 12 string direct swap $100
• additional reaming etc… add $10 - $60

Prices do not include new machine heads. You can supply or we can source them.

String Tree Replacement or Installation

• $20 + parts

Strap Button

• regular $15 + parts
• locking $30 + parts
• Plug and redrill $50

Fretwork

• Fret dressings and re-fretting not offered at this time.
• Bone nut replacement not offered at this time.
• Fret Polishing $70

Pedal Board Building

Setup Packages

All packages include a 30 minute consultation and layout design. Price includes labor, dual lock, anchors and zip ties. All soldered signal cables. All soldered DC power cables. You supply:

• Pedals
• Pedal Board
• Power Supply

All pedalboard packages require a $100 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance to be paid on pickup.

Small $600

• Up to 8 pedals (3 may be wired for stereo)

Medium $800

• Up to 10 Pedals (4 may be wired for stereo)

Large $1000

• Up to 12 Pedals (4 may be wired for stereo)
• Extra 30 Minute Pedalboard Consultation, Design and Layout

Extra Extra Large $1400+

• Up to 17 Pedals (6 may be wired for stereo)
• Extra 30 Minute Pedalboard Consultation, Design and Layout

Input jack boxes can be ordered as needed for approx $50 (4 in, 4 out)

Switching systems require extra materials cost. Enquire for pricing.
